This cozy 3BR/2BA dwelling is located on Stevens Mill Road just minutes from 485 in the Matthews area of Charlotte. Beautifully renovated cottage with a large indoor family room and open concept floor plan, plus a large outdoor living area under the covered porch. Escape to relaxation and quiet, minutes from shopping, dining, and everything Charlotte has to offer.

Cozy gathering spots all throughout the home, living room, kitchen and dining area, master suite with soaker tub, covered outdoor porch perfect for family enjoyment.

If you would like to have any kind of gathering or event outside of the overnight guests, please inquire about our additional fees and options available upon request.

The Rooney Residence offers effortless elegance and spaces to relax, reconnect, and celebrate. This unique dwelling offers spectacular outdoor spaces, prefer for events or just unwinding. 

We can host up to 53 overnight guests between all three of our properties. Please inquire below if you're interested in booking all three properties.
